We have a place available for a guy to share a very large room with other friendly from Australia (There are two single beds in this room for two guys) in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. It is available now.

The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street and just a 10 minute walk into Elephant & Castle or Borough tube stations - both in Zone 1. As everyone in the house doesn’t smoke, we’re looking for someone who also doesn’t smoke. (Smoking is not allowed inside the house).

The house is a large three-storey, Victorian 6 bedroom terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave and spacious, modern dining area. We also have a separate lounge with TV/DVD and two bathrooms. The house has just been completely refurbished including new carpets, new bathroom and repainted throughout. The house looks fantastic (with brand new TV, Microwave, PC, etc etc) and just 60 seconds away from a bus stop which has about 10 different buses going through it (including 3 night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End.) In fact, the buses are so convenient, frequent and fast, you’d hardly ever need to use the tube (but if you did, Elephant and Castle is only 2 bus stops away).

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London.

The rent is £99 per person per week. The price includes all bills, regular cleaning and a fast internet broadband access point. If you have your own laptop, you would be able to easily connect from anywhere in the house.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment - just one week’s rent in advance plus two weeks’ deposit. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks’ notice. Please call us to arrange a time to come over to see it.
