Hey,
We have a flat in the Brockley area (SE4) and are looking for a 4th flatmate (pref. a guy to balance it out) to take one of the rooms. The flat is on the ground floor and has a communal garden, living room, seperate toilet and shower, 1 large room, 1 medium sized room and 2 single rooms all with double beds (as we have not moved in yet [but have put down a deposit] we havent allocated rooms yet, so if you have a preference let us know. Rent will be approx. £72 to £80 depending on room size).

We are 3rd year students at Goldsmiths, 1 guy- 21, and 2 girls- 21 and 22. I like to think that we are friendly, open minded and laidback, and enjoy hanging out with each other listening to music, watching films, going to pubs, clubs, gigs and festivals or just talking and generally just chiling, and so are hoping to find an easygoing guy to fit in with our general chilled vibe. We are also fairly tidy, and considerate, so understand and respect eachothers need for privacy and quiet from time to time.
Between us we have a quite diverse taste in music ranging from alternative, metal, drum & bass, reggae, classic rock, grunge, etc, etc(but if you absolutely cannot stand d'n'b and other electronic/dance music, it may not be the right home for you :) as I have decks). Someone else plays the electric guitar. But going into 3rd year, we will also be working fairly hard during weekdays.

So in general, we are just hoping to find a friendly, sociable and open minded guy.

P. S. Because of council tax, a student is preferred but this really dosen't matter if you don't mind paying it as we don't need to.
