Available from the 14th of September, for one year. The house is bright and clean, with a shared garden in the back. We live on a quiet residential street right off Brockley Rd, which is dotted with cafes, bars, grocers etc.
It's between brockley station (10 min to London Bridge) and crofton park station ( 20 min to victoria), and a fifteen minute walk to new cross/goldsmiths.
We are juliet, nick, julian, and isabella, an art student (goldsmiths), a writer, a masseur, and a poetry student (goldsmiths). We are looking for a flatmate who wants to live in a laid back but work conscious environment. It would be ideal to live with another sociable, motivated person who enjoys art, music, literature, cooking, and traveling.
Each person is on the contract and therefore responsibility for the house and the bills are to be shared equally.
The rent is 330£/month for the double, £270/month for the single, with a £420 deposit for either.
