I am Sad to be leaving this flat and my housemates, but due to work commitments I need to move elsewhere and therefore find someone to replace me in this great 3 bed flat share.

Situated just off roman road, the room is a good size double. The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe.

The flat as a whole is really nice, with a modern kitchen/lounge with all mod cons and broadband.

You will be sharing with two guys – Mark and Tim. Mark works in marketing and Tim does websites and things. We are a friendly and socialable group so would like someone who will join in rather then stay locked away in their room all the time. But also give each other space.

The rent is £500
The bills are £60 roughly for most months excluding gas and elec which are quarterly and obviously change depending on what time of year. Generally they are reasonable though.
Deposit is £680
You will be added on to the contract and will have reference checks done by the agency – the agency charge for admin fees and the ref checks which total roughly £120

I have found somewhere else to live so need to find someone quickly to replace me. The flat will be available from the 11th Sept.
