The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes.

There are currently 2 girls living in the property and 1 boy. It would suit someone who is fairly independent, but is also happy to go to the pub now and agian or watch a film with a glass of wine with other housemates.

Bills are fixed at £60 per month.
