Gorgeous double basement studio with separate kitchen, bathroom and huge private garden! We've enjoyed making snowmen in the winter and barbecues this summer, but have to move to be closer to work :(
The studio is furnished and has a full size double bed that folds away into a cupboard, giving loads of extra space. It's a 10 minute walk to Queens Park underground and Kilburn High Road for even more transport and shops. Camden is a 15 minute bus journey away (and the bus runs all night).
Free parking overnight and at weekends (you'd be able to apply for a residents permit, but that'll cost ya)...
As well as deposit the landlord will require new private tenants submit themselves to a credit check. He also has a third party company hold your deposit with the mydeposits site.
So he's very by the book and professional.
